Do you have a showroom ?
You are welcome to visit our showroom in Stevenage where we will be happy to assist you with your purchase. Our opening times and directions to our showroom can be found on the Contact page.

How do I place my order ?
Its easy to place your order securely online 24 hours a day or by calling us on 01438 906 143 during office hours. You can also place your order in person at our showroom. We accept all major credit and debit cards or payment by cheque which can be sent via post to our showroom address.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card online ?
All payments made on this site are processed by our third party Streamline who are certified by all major credit card companies. We do not have access to your card details and use SSL Technology and 3D Protx Secured to protect you from fraud. More information can be found on the Online Security page.

Can I pay a deposit ?
We can accept a deposit at the time of your order with the balance to be paid prior to your goods being dispatched from us. Please call us if you require this option or alternatively choose one of our easy finance solutions via able2buy.

When will my goods be delivered ?
Items which are held in stock can be dispatched as soon as a delivery slot becomes available. All other items may vary depending on the manufacturer. More information can be found on the Delivery page.

Who will deliver my goods ?
Deliveries are either made by ourselves or a reputable carrier who specialise in furniture logistics. Our two man delivery team will arrive uniformed with ID cards.

Does your furniture come ready assembled ?
All of our furniture is ready assembled, but some items may require basic assembly which can be carried out by our delivery team. Please check each product description for details.

What if my item arrives faulty ?
We will replace or refund any faulty item free of charge. All product guarantees are given in accordance to legal requirements. Please see our satisfaction guarantee located on the Home page.

Can I collect my goods ?
We do not make profit from our delivery charges and you are welcome to collect your goods from our showroom free of charge, if you require.

How do your prices compare to others ?
We are confident that our prices remain competitive throughout the retail sector. In the unlikely event that you find the same product cheaper elsewhere then please refer to our Price Promise located on the Home page.

What about VAT ?
All our prices include the current rate of VAT.

Do you have a catalogue to send me ?
Some manufacturers do supply us with catalogues which we can send to you on request. You can also download certain catalogues from the Home page.

Can I Cancel My Order ?
You have a legal right to cancel your order within seven days.
