We offer free delivery on all orders over £500 to any mainland UK address. Orders under £500 are charged at £35 and some smaller items can be delivered for just £25. A small surcharge is payable for some remote locations such as Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Ireland etc. Please call us with your exact location on 01438 906 143 so that we can quote you accordingly on these surcharges.

Deliveries are either made by ourselves or a reputable carrier who will locate your furniture into your room of choice health & safety regulations permitting. All waste packaging will be removed and disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that what they have ordered is physically deliverable to its intended location by normal means of access.

At the time of your order, we will confirm that your items are available from stock and arrange a suitable delivery slot. Items which are not held in stock may take a few weeks depending on the manufacturer. In this case we will advise you of our estimated delivery time.

Once you have placed your order, we will keep you informed of its progress until your goods are ready to be dispatched from us. Our delivery team will then contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery slot. All goods are quality checked and re-packaged by us prior to onward travel and a signature will be required upon delivery.

We do not make profit from our delivery charges and you are welcome to collect your goods from our showroom in Stevenage free of charge, if you require.

You have a legal right to cancel your order within seven days. We will replace or refund any faulty item free of charge. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any other reason then please return it to us within seven days for a refund of the purchase price. All items must be re-packaged and returned in the same condition as sent.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returned mattress or self assembly furniture which has been part or fully assembled.
